You can access and book vehicles without creating an account; however, account creation offers access to enhanced features.

  • Facilitate vehicle bookings through RentNexa
  • Share booking information with the selected Rental Provider
  • Comply with legal obligations and regional data protection laws
  • Improve the Service using analytics data

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information only with:

  • Rental Providers: for the purpose of fulfilling your vehicle booking
  • Analytics service Providers: to understand platform usage (data is anonymized or aggregated where possible)
  • Regulatory or legal authorities: when required by law or to Comply with legal obligations and regional data protection laws

4. FleetNexa Integration

When you book a vehicle through RentNexa, the details of your booking—including your name, contact information, rental preferences, and any messages or notes submitted—are securely transferred to FleetNexa, a platform used by Rental Providers to manage their vehicle listings and process reservations. This enables your selected Rental Provider to fulfill the booking and communicate with you regarding your rental.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Delete your account at any time via your profile settings
  • Use RentNexa without an account, in which case only data required for the booking will be collected
